Auto Renewal

At Ping Insure, we want to make sure you are always protected; Due to this, we automatically set your policy to be renewed next year. We will supply you with the terms of your renewal by email up to 30 days prior to the expiry of your current policy. You can switch the Automatic Renewal on or off at any time by contacting our customer service team or logging in to your online account via our website.

Important information

Please confirm the following is correct

• You are aged 18 or over
• You are a permanent resident of the United Kingdom, and your permanent address is within the UK, Isle of Man or Channel Islands
• The insured Bicycle/s are owned by you
• Your Bicycle is in good working condition, and not stolen or missing at the Start Date of this policy
• You have never had any home or standalone Bicycle insurance cancelled, declined, refused or any special terms imposed.
• I have not been convicted of or have any convictions pending for any criminal offence other than a fixed penalty motoring offence. Any offence that is spent under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act does not have to be declared.
• You have read and understood the requirement for your bike to be locked securely with an approved lock relevant to the value of your Bicycle when left unattended away from your home

You have evidence to show your Bicycle

• Was purchased as new or second hand from a UK VAT Registered (or equivalent if purchased overseas) cycle retailer; and/or
• Was provided to you as an insurance claim replacement, and/or.
• Was gifted to you (suitable evidence would be a gift receipt or original purchase receipt issued to the Purchaser of your bike)
